One to One Rates
One to One rates are a flat fee based on training at your company or office location. All rates are subject to HST. Electronic versions of the Official Adobe Courseware are included, print copies are charged at a rate of $79.95 per copy. Group Rates
Group rates are more cost-effective than individual classroom training fees. Group rates are a flat fee based on on-site training for 2 to 4 persons from the same company in the same location or connected via web conference. All rates are subject to HST. Additional attendees can be added at a reduced rate. Electronic versions of the Official Adobe Courseware are included, print copies are charged at a rate of $79.95 per copy. Custom Training Rates
Custom Training rates are based on content and requirements of individuals from the same company in the same location or connected via web conference and are subject to HST. Classroom rentals can be arranged, but most organizations elect to use a conference room to keep the costs down. The advantage of custom training is that you can mix and match skills and even software programs to create the perfect class for your organization. We can also set aside some class time to work on your projects and/or template development. You will have the opportunity to speak with the instructor prior to the start of class to determine exactly what you would like to see covered. Additional attendees can be added at a reduced rate. Online Training Rates
Online Training rates for Live Online Quick Start courses connected via web conference are subject to HST. Prepayment is required. Please contact us at sales@adobetraining.ca or call 905 401-1789 to discuss the details of online training.

Seminar Rates
Seminars can be booked as a day or full day presentation and are subject to HST. Conference rooms and presentation systems can be arranged by ACS Trainer at your request, but most organizations elect to make their own arrangements to keep the costs down. You can mix and match skills and even software programs to create the perfect seminar for your organization. We also set aside time for a Question/Answer session. You will have the opportunity to speak with the presenter prior to the start of seminar to determine exactly what you would like to see covered. Seminar rates are charged based on the number of attendees and the duration of the seminar. The presenter's travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the Seminar rate. Travel and Expenses
Airfare, travel day charges, travel expenses, accommodations and meals are not included in our Group Rates or Custom Training and are billed separately based on the location of the training. Terms and Methods of Payment
Payment can be made using Company Cheque or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express via Square.
Payment is due 10 days before the start of the class. A participant may withdraw from a course after registration provided that ACS Trainer is advised in writing 10 working days prior to the start of the class. A full refund will be provided.
If a participant withdraws within five days of the course date the fee is payable in full. A participant may authorize another individual from the same company to attend the class with no fee penalty.
If a participant elects to rescheduled the class during this five day period, it will be subject to a $75.00 administration fee.
Failure to attend a course without notification will result in a 100% charge of the total course fee.
ACS Trainer also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the a training session five working days prior to the start date. We do reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any training session due to insufficient enrolment (applicable to public workshops), scheduling conflicts or circumstances beyond our control. If cancellation is necessary, your full registration fee will be refunded, at your written request. In the event we must cancel or reschedule a class, however, we are not liable for anything other than the money paid to us. We can not accept liability for travel arrangements or other expenses incurred by our clients. In the event we must cancel a class we offer the following:
1) Clients may choose to reschedule their training session to the next available date at no charge or administrative fee.
2) Clients may elect to receive a credit good for any course our company offers.
3) Clients may receive a full registration fee refund, at their written request.
